Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you are not happy with our products purchased online, please contact us immediately via email at ez_threads@iinet.net.au to discuss.

When it comes to returns or exchange, we operate a "fair and reasonable" policy. All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure high quality.

We are happy to discuss details further with you in regards to the exchange of an item or credit note, providing the product is undamaged, unworn and in its original condition. It is the customers responsibility to pay all postage charges to return the item, unless goods are deemed faulty.

Please be mindful when deciding what you wish to purchase as we do not usually offer an exchange for change of mind purchases.

Please ensure you read the product descriptions fully and ask any questions you may have prior to purchasing.

All purchases on sale items are final. We do not accept returns, or provide exchanges of any kind, on sale items or daycare lucky dips.

All purchases on custom items are final. We do not accept returns, or provide exchanges (unless it is found to be an error on Ez Threads behalf.)

All return enquiries are to be made within 30 days of purchase. Any enquiries after this date will not be accepted (unless delays have occurred with postage & handling).
